PLB recommends NOT trying any online home removal remedies, as this can cause further irritation and even cause sever clumping and pulling out of the Natural Lashes.  ** Removal of eyelash extensions should ONLY be done by a TRAINED eyelash extension professional. It will only take  15 minutes max to remove in salon and can be done on the same day as applying a new set of eyelash extensions. **

At PLB your comfort is always a priority. Especially during an eyelash extension removal. Some feel some stinging momentarily (usually passes after a quick 4-5 seconds) but most do not feel any stinging at all. As you lay on the lash bed, your eyes are closed through out after under eye gel pads are applied. PLB chooses to use a professionally formulated gel formulation that is applied to the base of the Natural Lashes (NL) where the adhesive is found. Gentle removal of the extensions using soft tipped lip gloss wands to assist takes only a matter of minutes, then the eye-pads are removed (keeping your eyes closed). While still lying on the bed, your natural lashes are then rinsed with saline solution to clear away the gel formulation and to ensure no residue is left behind – very important if you are having a fresh new set of eyelash extensions after having old extensions removed. You are then given tissues to have a gentle rub and pat dry of the lash line.

Please note: NO damage will be done to your eyeballs in eyelash extension removal Perth. All care is ALWAYS taken for the health of your Natural Lash (THE #1 priority at PLB) and removing extensions does NOT cause damage to the Natural lash (NL) – any damage to the NL is done with poor application and / or poor aftercare.

Minimum 24 BUSINESS hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. As a small business operating on appointments only, it is hard to fill a space last minute and especially if one doesn’t turn up to a booked appointment. Your understanding and kind call / text within 24 BUSINESS hours is greatly appreciated. 

We must remove any existing extensions and apply a new fresh Lashes Perth set. The difference in our application will amaze you! We do not like to blend adhesives or blend our work with others, as sometimes it simply cannot be done. It is always safer and better for your eyes and lashes to book for a removal with your new Lashes Perth full set to ensure we have sufficient time. As we focus so much on Volume lashes, and most others do not then a removal is paramount for us to do our best work for you.

Please follow aftercare given to avoid Over 75% lash loss as this may incur additional fee of $35 in ReFill appointment.

Your existing lashes regrow over a period of 60 – 90 days, depending on the individual growth rate, which varies from person to person. This means that over a period of 3-4 weeks you will notice a subtle thinning in your extended lashes. It is perfectly normal to shed NATURALLY approx 5 lashes a day. We know you will love your new look, so most of our clients are more than happy to follow our eyelash extension recommendations and book for a refill with our recommendation – usually the 3 – 5 week mark. As we get to know each other we will learn your shedding rate and when is best to book for a fill. Usually every 4 fills or so will be a bigger natural shedding – usually coincides with seasonal changes and this is normal. The relaxing, refreshing and confidence boosting service is just so enlivening to your facial features, we just know you’ll be back again to ensure your lashes continue to look as great as they did on day one!
